Challenge: Our client, a device manufacturer, was looking for ways to expand sales and prioritize new markets for expansion, but also contain cost. They needed to prove to their main distributor that there was a market to support sales of their device and proactively find new markets to penetrate.
Solution: By enriching their customer data with our vast database that covers 200 Million+ households, we were able to create powerful customer profiles that highlights the attributes of their 'ideal' customers. Those attributes include education level, income, household composition, lifestyle preferences and behaviors, and much more. Then we identified all of the markets nationwide that contain the highest concentration of their ideal customer.
Result: By identifying the all of store locations that were located in areas with a high concentration of their ideal consumer profile, they grew from 50 stores to over 300 stores. The device manufacturer also redeveloped their marketing strategy with the purpose of targeted outreach and engagement to their ideal customers.
